c-common.h (DECL_C_HARD_REGISTER): New.

        * c-common.h (DECL_C_HARD_REGISTER): New.
        * c-decl.c (finish_decl): Set it for asm register variables.
        * c-semantics.c (emit_local_var): Test it when instantiating one.
