SUMMARY OF RECENT MAJOR CHANGES to LIBSTDC++.

*** Noteworthy changes in libstdc++ for EGCS

* EGCS includes the SGI STL implementation without changes.

* As a result of these and other changes, libstc++ for EGCS is not binary
  compatible with previous releases of libstdc++.
