gcc trunk (r253118) fails to bootstrap with Xcode 9.0.
Configured with: --prefix=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/include/c++/4.2.1
Apple LLVM version 9.0.0 (clang-900.0.37)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin16.7.0

Not sure whether this related to #82300, at first glance it looks different.

Yup, it's different from bug 82300; the one this one is actually a dup of is bug 82092 (they have the same linker error)
