Build log for Gambit 4.6.5

With GCC 4.4.6 (used by Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6) and GCC 4.6.2 (installed on Fedora's test PowerPC machine's Fedora 16 target), building Gambit Scheme with -O2 -- which is the default since their 4.6.4 release -- triggers an internal compiler error.

This is fixed in GCC 4.7.0 (as tested on our PowerPC machine's Rawhide target).

If this is fixed in 4.7+, there's nothing to do.
