The dumb max limit (-J-Xmx) is biting us again on ppc64.  Upping the limit to 768mb fixes this.  Note that is a maximum, it doesn't mean it will use that amount of memory on all platforms.  The build uses around ~680mb on javac/ppc64 (cacao as VM).
