With the attached file the following command results in an internal compiler error:

gcc prog.cc

The output is:

gcc: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault (program cc1plus)

Confirmed even with 4.9/5/trunk.

This is infinite recursion in push_inner_scope_r -> stack overflow.

Reopening as this one does not seem like a dup after all.

Also this one seems to be fixed in GCC 11+
