Plan to merge CLooG-PPL back to CLooG

create a branch for the CLooG-PPL 0.15 as used by GCC 4.4
replace polyhedra unions with ppl powersets
merged CLooG-PPL back to CLooG
switch graphite from CLooG-PPL 0.15 to the official CLooG
add a git-pull on CLooG to the compile farm automatic tester of Graphite
clean up CLooG interface to not deal with matrices anymore
