Detailed Description

A weibull_distribution random number distribution.

The formula for the normal probability density function is:

\[ p(x|\alpha,\beta) = \frac{\alpha}{\beta} (\frac{x}{\beta})^{\alpha-1} \exp{(-(\frac{x}{\beta})^\alpha)} \]
