IBSet(I, Pos)
IBSet: INTEGER function, the KIND= value of the type being that of argument I.
I: INTEGER; scalar; INTENT(IN).
Pos: INTEGER; scalar; INTENT(IN).
Intrinsic groups: mil, f90, vxt.
