In rev 169944 I've now removed gpl-2.0.xml from the 4.5 branch (we
only have fdl-1.2 there, not 1.3, so I left that)

011-02-08  Jonathan Wakely  <jwakely.gcc@gmail.com>

        * doc/xml/gnu/gpl-2.0.xml: Remove.
        * doc/Makefile.am: Update.
        * doc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.

I've also fixed the "Regnerate" typo in my previous ChangeLog entry.
