Library Docs and the GCC Wiki

Subject: Library Docs and the GCC Wiki

I have taken the liberty of putting some of the obscure doc links on
the Wiki on the Libstdc++ page.

I also started to list steps for generating one's own docs in the tree
but I'm not finished because I haven't had a successful build yet.
