Great - thanks for checking it.

I'm updating the C++0x status table now (e.g. removing all the
concepts references) so will be regenerating the html files again.  Do
you have a clever script to extract the TOC from the PDF working
draft?

What updates the copies of the docs on the website, is that something
you run manually with shell access to gcc.gnu.org?
