I'm sympathetic to your case, and agree this should be fixed without
further delay.

I'm not going to be able to work on this in the near future. As always,
I would like to keep arm-eabi divergence from IA64 C++ ABI to a
minimum. Instead, we are adding more divergence for a patch that
frankly, even the original codesourcery posters express skepticism
and doubt. This is unsettling. The unresolved issues WRT forced
exceptions on arm-abi should at least be documented or answered clearly.

I would suggest giving Jason another 24 hrs to comment and then
checking in your original patch if there are no better ideas.
