| All,

| I guess a lot of people on this list probably know that the latest
| mailing for C++ language and library enhancements work is out:
|
| http://www.open-std.org/JTC1/SC22/WG21/docs/papers/2006/#mailing2006-02
|
| I have two questions for the experts who have watched these processes
| before.
| 1) I understand what Core vs. Library in the Subgroup column mean but
| what is Evolution?
The subgroup concerned with proposals for evolving the language
(renamed from the "extension subgroup")
| 2) How fixed do we think TR1 is? How much of a moving target?
TR1 is finalized.
However, C++0x may not adopt all of TR1, or when it does some
functionalities may slightly change. Others may move straight.
