Thank you!  I tried to send it to the whole list but the spam blocker 
clobbered me.  I was just about to resend with the patch gzipped in the 
hopes that it would get through.  But I'll hold off then until the 4.1 
patch.

I might break out each function in that section.  Maybe we could do the 
same for the section 5.1 RNG too.
