says:
The source-level documentation for the most recent releases can be viewed
online:
* for the 3.4 release
* "the latest collection" (for the main development tree; see the date
* on the first page)
Now that 4.0 is out, it would be appropriate to replace the docs for
3.4 with those for 4.0, right?
