There is no doubt an equivalent tcsh idiom, but I don't know what it is?

Does this mean that you would now consider a patch that (a) removed the DejaGNU code to read testsuite_files, and (b) changed "make check" to pass it with the idiom I posted yesterday, if it exists? I don't see that as vital, but it would be nice to move this out of DejaGNU, as it's discrepancy from "normal" DejaGNU practice.
