Yes, and usually by definition in mathematics 0**0 is outside the domain
of the exponentiation operator.
Usually the domain of the function in question with possible extensions there of is given explicitly where such a function is in use.
"There is no reasonable mathematical value ..." is just another way of saying the same thing, and is a perfectly reasonable statement.
