BTW, currently(with the alignment patch), does it fail on IA64? or just
the alignment warnings like before?

*Lots* of alignment warnings, exactly like before: *tens* for every 23_containers test, for instance. And consider that, as a rule of thumb, every time we get an alignment warning on ia64, that would be an hard fail on Sparc...
