That was implied in the first response in this thread.  I challenge anybody to 
find where I actually used the term header file in reference to Standard 
Headers other than when I was clear about that being an implementation detail 
rather than a requirement.  It has been suggested I don't understand that 
distinction, yet the record shows that I was careful to maintain it in what I 
wrote.

I would like to see any evidence someone actually understood what I was 
suggesting.  I did reread the thread from the beginning.
