incomplete testsuite run

On x86 Linux, even in the unmodified version the libstdc++ testsuite
failsin the check-DEJAGNU rule. While I'm unsure if that is due to the
one unexpected success or the five expected failures, this seems to
point to a general problem: the check-local rule (and thus check-abi)
cannot run in such a case. If that wasn't the case, it would most likely
have pointed out prior to the release that all the
config/abi/*/baseline_symbols.txt are out of date (e.g. referencing the
version tag GLIBCPP_3.2 rather than GLIBCXX_3.4).

Thanks, Jan
