I've checked it in to HEAD. I want to give it a little while to make
sure I haven't broken someone's testsuite. Also, this isn't a
regression, so I think I need Mark's blessing?
[Mark - this patch only modifies the libstdc++ testsuite. It removes
some spurious failures from remote target testing.]
