Until/unless you (or someone else!) does the analysis to figure out
why these tests are failing it's hard to say what these problems mean.
The changes to G++ and V3 will undoubtedly make the compiler much
stricter.
The tests for ACE and TAO were filed and some of them have been fixed,
I think the last
remaining one to be fixed is PR 14545.
I have not seen any libstdc++ regressions filed lately.
