Update --gxx-include-dir desc. in install.texi

Subject: Update --gxx-include-dir desc. in install.texi

Am I right in thinking install.texi should be changed as per the
attached patch?

i.e.
C++ headers are installed in $prefix/c++/$version, not $prefix/g++-v3

Any other files need regenerating if I commit this? (I can't see any)
