BTW, I think we have enough eyes to install on mainline. I posted
that I have SMP hardware; it turns out that I only have SMP alpha
hardware at the moment not i386. So, Phil, could you give it a test
after I install the patch on mainline? (I've looked at enough kernel
code that I'm happy to declare it ought to work there. cite plan 9
paper. ;-)
