These are known failures, I believe under most Linux installations. Has
to do with the installation/existence of other locales, I think? (I don't
recall exactly; I'm probably confusing these tests with others.)
FAIL: 26_numerics/c99_classification_macros_c.cc (test for excess errors)
C library issue. Interfacing with arbitrary C libraries is difficult.
