Unresolved Check Error

Hello I have reported this error before and it hasn't yet been resolved can anyone help me with this. I was told that spamming the list wouldn't help me but I wasn't even responded to when I asked for help.
Salutations,

I am running this test on an alpha with the alphaev56-unknown-linux-gnu configuration, the basic baseline, and the gcc-3_1-branch package. Can anyone help me with this?

Spamming the list isn't going to help you.

XPASS: 22_locale/time_get_members_wchar_t.cc execution test
XPASS: 22_locale/time_put_members_wchar_t.cc execution test

These are known failures, I believe under most Linux installations. Has
to do with the installation/existence of other locales, I think? (I don't
recall exactly; I'm probably confusing these tests with others.)

FAIL: 26_numerics/c99_classification_macros_c.cc (test for excess errors)

C library issue. Interfacing with arbitrary C libraries is difficult.
