Yes, I see that now. I read it from a very libstdc++-centric point of
view (i'd obviously just spent too long reading this list, catching up
after a holiday) and read it as meaning "if you want libstdc++, you could
checkout `gcc' instead and get a free compiler with it!"
(hence my confused question)
But that would imply a free compiler as in beer, not speech - which is all
wrong.
I think I should shut up now :)
