.gif files aren't allowed

We can't put .gif files on the gcc.gnu.org website. Someone please fix
the doxygen-generated files in
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/libstdc++-doxygen-3.0/
If there isn't an easy fix (like .png), we'll just have to configure
doxygen not to generate class diagrams at all.
This is one of the few things that really isn't negotiable, unless we
all want to get fired by the FSF as GNU maintainers. Since this stuff
gets mirrored onto the FSF web site, it makes them look like hypocrites,
besides the fact that it's technically illegal (the doxygen folks haven't
paid Unisys for a .gif-producing license: individuals can flout that rule
but the FSF can't).
