- Subject: Shared libraries: keeping 2 version simultaneously
Hi,
I have two applications
one requires libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 only.
other requires libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so only.
These, i believe, are part of two different versions
of the libstdc++ rpm and therefore conflict when i try
to install the old rpm while the newer is installed.
Is there anyway to be able to install both versions of
the shared libraries on my Redhat 7.1 or Mandrake 8.1
thanks
rohit
