Yes.  All of those occurrences were from the early mass-generated days
of libstdc++ documentation.  Many of the tags got skipped when I did the
mechanical change to lowercase/xhtml.  I've been fixing the leftovers as
I find them.

"wide-spread" is the sense I wanted.  Good catch; I'll fix this at the
same time.

Oh.  I had gotten the impression we were trying to keep the licensing
questions /off/ of the main gcc list.  Sure, I can change this.

Yeah, I tried that as my first attempt, and my browsers rendered it horribly.
Are there extra tags I can use in definition lists?
