Ok, I have understood clearly.

But It seems that this exception is written in neither
libstdc++-v3/README nor libstdc++-v3/docs/.  libstdc++ team
should add this excepion to noticeable file like
libstdc++-v3/README or libstdc++-v3/docs/html/documentation.html.
