I have two questions.
1. What is the license of libstdc++ in gcc-2.95.2?
2. Is the license of libstdc++-v3 really GPL without linking exceptions?

Accordint to gcc-2.95.2/libio/README, the license of libio is
"GPL with linking exception." But I couldn't find license
information in gcc-2.95.2/libstdc++/ directory and info files.
2.
libstdc++-v3 has COPYING file, and I couldn't find linking
exception. Is it intended?
