| mark, jason et. al wanted to be able to run the libstdc++-v3 testsuite
| and just the c++ testsuite. That's why 'make check-g++' is supposed to do
| that.

| hmm. maybe another way to do this:

| make check-target-g++ == test g++
| make check-target-libstdc++-v3 == test v3
| make check-target-c++ == test both g++ and v3
