FYI: In a tree just bootstrapped with mkcheck.in as checked in, I
don't see this in my environment where $srcdir != $objdir.

Can you ensure that you have this file:

libstdc++-v3/testsuite/27_io/filebuf_members-1.txt

in your CVS working tree?
