mummit was doing a cygin pre-compiled binary because the build process
was quite challenging. By 2.90.8, all his changes were in the
libstdc++-v3 tree, and people such as myself could build libstdc++-v3
under cygwin with minimal effort. This "minimal effort" is documented on the
install page for libstdc++-v3.
Jason, if you'd like to do a binary release for cywin, please do so.
