* config/solaris/solaris2.5/ctype.cc: Fixup.
* config/solaris/solaris2.5/bits/ctype_specializations.h: Add.
* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_CTYPE): Add bits for solaris2.5.1.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* config/default/ctype.cc (ctype): Fixup.
