bits/c++-config.h missing

many of the bits/std* headers in the 1225 and 1224 snapshots include
bits/c++-config.h, but this file is nowhere to be found in the
/usr/local/include/g++-v3 tree. I got the rpms from
http://www.codesourcery.com/gcc-snapshots/
where can I obtain this file?
