It's mentioned on the GCC page. I thought the libstdc++ page just said
"configure gcc", which I take to mean follow the instructions for gcc....
BTW, in response to another of Dietmar's problems, re: C headers in namespace
std, the configure option --enable-cshadow-headers should help.
