In order to fix PR 30585 (-Werror and -Wall not working), I have
uploaded a new ecj.jar. If you want this feature to work, please down
it. I've also uploaded the new ecj sources, and checked in my change
to rhug cvs.
This change does not affect libgcj, as it only concerns command line
argument parsing.
