I would guess that clause 2 disallows this - the licence applying to your code
prevails over the Terms of Participation.
Back to JavaOne - a BOF seems most appropriate. We should let the world know
it exists (otherwise it'll just be an expensive version of a FOSDEM
Developers' Room), and Java.Net may be a good place to do so.
