Sorry I haven't been active here for a long time :(.
Build scripts have always been on my webpage (http://www.thisiscool.com/gcc_mingw.htm)
and are downloadable separately from the distribution. These scripts
have been reported not to work with the current 4.1 tree, however,
and I haven't had time to validate or refute this claim.
Also, don't forget that the MinGW website has the official reference prebuilt
binaries:
http://www.mingw.org/download.shtml
These don't have integrated SWT or SwingWT, though.
