Yes, but I 've never built using MSYS fork of Cygwin . I've always used recent
Cygwin bash and tools coupled with native mingw compiler and binutils (ie, with
mingw's gcc and binutils preceding cygwins in path).
It is is very slow, particularly if you run all the Ada and Java testsuites
after bootstrap.
Ranjit's advice about cross compiling from Linux is good.
