FYI: The Jacks Java Compiler Testsuite Finds a New Home

Hi,

  Thanks to Tom Tromey and Mark Wielaard, the excellent
Jacks Java compiler testsuite has found a new home in
Mauve:

  http://www-124.ibm.com/pipermail/jacks/2004-October/000921.html

The development on Jacks had stalled for a long
time and it crucially lacked tests for the new features
introduced in JDK 1.5.

With the inclusion of Jacks, Mauve:

  http://sources.redhat.com/mauve/

now becomes a comprehensive collection of Free tests
for Free Java compiler and runtime implementations.
Awesome!

Can someone please update:

  http://gcc.gnu.org/install/test.html#TOC2

and also the description of Mauve on its home page? (It
no longer tests only the class libraries.)
