I should probably put out a new build then to increase the Win32
testing base. I just keep on getting sucked back into this.... :)

As far as I know, the Cygwin Java port has been more or less crippled
for some time now. Ranjit would be able to articulate why better than I
can.
By the way: when did we change from 3.5 to 4.0?
