I don't have time to do a website, but I'll gladly contribute to a wiki.

Options:
  1. Get a domain and hosting donated
     a. pure wiki site
     b. hybrid wiki/html site
     c. hybrid wiki/html/dynamic (cool way to show of gcj/servlets/jsp)

  2. Use a hosted wiki
     a. http://www.seedwiki.com/
     b. http://wikiwikiweb.de/

  3. Piggyback off another wiki?
