Ahem. Did you look at the patch at all? This is an updated version which
eliminates the licensing restrictions we talked about as well as allowing
a UNICOWS option for those that want it. I was soliciting comments about
the build configurations, the configure switch name, my design, the
implementation, etc., not yesterday's news about the horrors of licensing
restrictions....
