Ce mail s'adresse a toute personne desirant que le partage
de la connaissance au niveau mondial se realise par le biais
de Journaux Electroniques gratuits. Un tel phenomene, s'il prend
de l'ampleur peux avoir d'importantes consenquences sur le 
developpement de pays qualifies de pauvres en tant que "capital",
mais certainement pas en tant que potentiel scientifique.
Permettez leur d'avoir acces a toutes les avancees scientifiques
qui pourraient permettre un acces au savoir, et par consequence
a une subtancielle acceleration de l'education : voie primordiale
par laquelle les pays pauvres peuvent se sortir du cycle infernal.
L'initative du MIT est un bon debut, mais cela est largement 
insuffisant, nous devons aller plus loin.
