I'm sure it is true.

Do we really require a small example?  I usually ask for one.  I don't
remember closing a bug just because it didn't have one, but maybe
other people have done that.  I don't know.


Anyway, on the other hand, when I see a report saying "download foo
and bar, and try this", I'm disinclined to even look at the bug.  I'm
almost always swamped with things to do; 3rd party URLs and
complicated build instructions rot rather quickly; looking at random
public bugs is almost always last on my priority list.

I imagine this is true for the other regular gcj contributors.

One thing that would be really helpful is if we had some hackers
prioritizing bug fixing higher.
