I got four hours of sleep last night, so at this point, the only
thing I'm interested in is crawling back into bed. You can't always
get what you want, though. Ah, well.
However, I am very motivated to not be the bottleneck in the build process;
as such, I'll offer whatever guidance you want. To start out, I'll update
the instructions for 3.3.
P.S. The Cygwin build is still churning away. I suspect it will work, though.
