mention GCJ Linux Journal article

Perhaps someone would add a note a la the following
to the GCJ News section? (I'm in Norway on a slow
dial-up, so would apprecate someone else handling it.)

The January 2003 issue of Linux Journal contains the
article
<a href="http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=4860";>
<cite>Compiling Java with GCJ</cite></a> by Per Bothner.

Giving the date of the News item as "Janauary 1, 2003" makes
sense, even if it is proactive, I think, as that is the date
listed on the Linux World web site.

One might argue that this is a link to non-free documentation,
but the Linux Journal has a policy of making all their content
avialable under the GNU FDL soon after publication, and I think
we should put the note up now in case people prefer to get
the dead-tree version.
